We aim to ensure that students become independent and responsible for themselves.

They will need to bring all of the following equipment to school with them, every day: 

Students must write with a pen, not a pencil.

Textbooks and specialised equipment may be issued on loan, but students will be required to pay for any loss or damage to school property.  For Food Preparation & Nutrition lessons, students are expected to bring a white apron. This can be purchased from any retailer and does not need to be branded.

Students should pack their bag every evening, checking against their timetable that they have everything required for the following day.

Items which are found around the school are taken to Reception where they may be claimed. Any clothing or equipment brought to school must be named, preferably with sewn on name tapes as this enables the Receptionists to return the lost property directly to the student.
